What wonderful foods did you bring home from the grocery store?

Midweek Munchies: What Freedom is contributing for the week



Well, I did my shopping in a number of different places yet again this week - I think this is a characteristic of all raw foodies cos we go searching for the best possible fruits and veggies. So anyway, I'm just going to mash it all together again. Remember, the $ means organic.

$dulse$ (it's seaweed, if you're not sure - my recent bloodtests showed that I have hypothyroidism and my naturopath said seaweed is really good to stimulate the thyroid, as well as being packed with minerals. And tasty!)
